Territory Manager – Western US & S. America
RAYCO Manufacturing Inc., an industry leader in environmental equipment, is seeking a commission-based sales professional to manage distributor relationships and increase distribution network in the Western United States and South America.
Responsibilities:
1.) Maintaining existing distributor accounts within the territory
2.) Seek out new distributors for areas where RAYCO has no representation
3.) Help distributors increase market penetration within their markets
4.) Track distributor performance
5.) Assist in training of distributors’ staff
6.) Attend industry trade shows
Qualifications and Skills:
1.) Minimum 5 years of sales experience
2.) Ability to demonstrate professionalism dealing with customers and co-workers
3.) Orientation towards details and customer follow-up
4.) Excellent written and oral communication skills
5.) Proficiency in operating Microsoft Office products
6.) Ability to learn and use reporting software
7.) Industry experience a plus
8.) College degree preferred
9.) Fluent in Spanish
